b444 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "b444" refers to the online gaming platform operating at b444.wine and all related services, systems and communications.
• "Member" or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered a b444 account.
• "Account" refers to the member's registered profile on b444, including their balance, game history and personal details.
• "Balance" refers to the real PKR funds held in a member's b444 account, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to promotional funds added to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a player must stake before bonus-related winnings become withdrawable.
• "RNG" refers to the certified random number generator used by b444 to determine all game outcomes.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used on b444.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, account features and support functions available on b444.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use b444 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. b444 does not permit use of its platform by anyone below this age under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, bots and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration, including your real name, mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an existing b444 account. Each person is entitled to a single account only.

b444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a government-issued CNIC, passport or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3 Account Rules

The following rules apply to all b444 accounts at all times:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered b444 account. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — based on shared identity documents, payment methods, device fingerprints or IP addresses — all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. b444 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the member failed to adequately protect their login information.
• Account sharing: You must not allow any other person to access or use your b444 account. All activity on your account is your responsibility, regardless of who carried it out.
• Accurate information: If any of your registered details change — particularly mobile number or payment method — you must update your b444 account promptly. Outdated payment details may delay withdrawals.
• Inactive accounts: A b444 account that has not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. b444 reserves the right to apply an administration fee to inactive account balances after providing reasonable notice. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be closed.

4 Deposits

b444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• All deposit methods must be registered in the name of the b444 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• b444 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.
• b444 reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if anti-fraud screening flags a transaction.
• Deposited funds are available for play immediately upon clearing. They are not placed at interest and b444 is not a financial institution.

5 Withdrawals

b444 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account payment method on file. Withdrawals are paid exclusively in PKR to verified Pakistani payment methods.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per request.
• Processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow a similar timeline. IBFT bank transfers may take several hours depending on the receiving bank. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Identity verification: b444 may require full identity verification before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. Verification documents must be in the name of the registered account holder.
• Bonus balance: Bonus credits and winnings derived solely from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in bonus credits being removed from the balance.
• Withdrawal limits: b444 reserves the right to apply maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits. These limits are communicated to members in their account settings.
• Third-party withdrawals: b444 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawals are processed to verified accounts belonging to the registered member only.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

b444 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, tournament credits, referral rewards and seasonal promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to registered b444 members who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion.
• All b444 bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific multiple (e.g. 20x, 30x) and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-related winnings are not withdrawable.
• Bonus credits and any associated winnings are subject to forfeiture if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are completed.
• b444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that it believes was claimed fraudulently, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of any promotion term.
• Each promotion on b444 specifies an expiry date. Bonus credits not used before expiry are automatically removed from the account.
• Members may only claim each b444 promotion once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Circumventing this rule through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• b444 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games on b444 — including Teen Patti, Poker, Baccarat, Ludo, Jackpot Slots and Virtual Sports — are governed by the specific game rules published within each game lobby. The following general gameplay rules apply across all b444 games:

• All game outcomes on b444 are determined by a certified RNG system. b444 does not manipulate, influence or reverse game outcomes once they have been determined by the RNG.
• In the event of a technical error that causes a game to malfunction — such as a disconnection that corrupts a game state — b444 reserves the right to void the round and return stakes. No winnings will be paid on corrupted or incomplete game rounds.
• For multi-player games such as Poker and Teen Patti, b444 operates anti-collusion monitoring. Players found sharing information, coordinating bet sizes or otherwise colluding to manipulate outcomes will be permanently banned.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts or any tools that provide unfair advantage over other players on b444 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.
• Game history and all transaction records are maintained by b444. In the event of a dispute, b444's server records are the definitive source of truth.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per room on b444. These are displayed within the game interface before play begins.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on b444 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one b444 account, or registering an account using false identity information.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity — b444 maintains active anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring.
• Using any bot, automated script, software tool or artificial intelligence system to play on b444 or to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other b444 players to manipulate game outcomes in any game category.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute or chargeback a legitimate deposit after it has been credited and used for gameplay on b444.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing communication directed at b444 staff or other players.
• Accessing b444 using a VPN, proxy or other means to circumvent any access restriction applied by b444.
• Allowing a third party to access or play on your b444 account on your behalf.
• Attempting to manipulate referral programmes — such as creating fake referral accounts — to obtain promotional benefits on b444.

9 Responsible Gaming

b444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable recreational activity and we actively provide tools to help members manage their play. The following tools are available to all registered b444 members at no charge directly from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts that b444 will enforce on your account.
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts when you have been actively playing for a set duration.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount within a defined period. Once reached, b444 will prevent further gameplay until the limit period resets.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from b444 for a fixed period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. During exclusion, your account will be locked and no deposits, gameplay or withdrawals will be permitted except recovery of existing verified balance.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the b444 platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, interface designs, logos, branding, written content, data structures and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of b444 or its licensed suppliers. All rights are reserved.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the b444 platform for personal recreational purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame or republish any b444 content without explicit prior written consent from b444.
• The b444 name, logo and associated branding are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of b444 branding — including in social media, third-party websites or promotional materials — is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b444's total liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these terms — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b444 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from a member's reliance on inaccurate odds or information displayed due to a technical error that b444 was not aware of at the time.
• Service interruptions caused by internet outages, mobile network failures, third-party payment processor downtime or any cause outside b444's direct control.
• Any loss arising from a member's failure to comply with these terms, including gaming after a self-exclusion request is in process.
• Losses resulting from a member sharing their login credentials with a third party.

Nothing in these terms limits b444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

b444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, collusion or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by b444.
• Chargeback of a legitimate deposit by the account holder or their bank.
• Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A member's own voluntary request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Prolonged account inactivity as defined in Section 3.

Where an account is closed due to a member's breach of these terms, b444 reserves the right to retain the account balance. Where closure is at b444's discretion without member fault, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their b444 account should contact our support team directly. Accounts with an outstanding balance will have the balance returned to the member's verified payment method before closure is finalised.

13 Amendments to These Terms

b444 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, b444 will provide notice to registered members via on-platform notification or email to the registered contact address. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of b444 services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using b444 and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. b444 recommends checking this page whenever you notice the "Last Updated" date has changed.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are subject to the governing laws applicable to b444's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between a member and b444, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: Submit your complaint or dispute to b444's support team via Live Chat, WhatsApp or email. Include your account username, the nature of the dispute and any relevant transaction references.
2. Review: b444 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days. Complex cases involving game logs or payment investigations may take up to 10 business days.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with b444's response, you may request escalation to a senior member of the b444 team for further review.
4. Resolution: b444's decision following a full internal review constitutes b444's final position on the dispute.

b444's server records — including game logs, RNG seeds, transaction histories and account activity — are the authoritative record for all dispute purposes. No claim that contradicts b444's server records will be upheld without independent technical evidence to the contrary.
